This place was pretty rad in general. Wasn't too busy on a Wednesday morning and the women servers greet you in their pajamas. Tight.
I had the beef medium and it was cooked pretty perfectly. They must braze or grill the meat or something because it had the the most ridiculous flame licked crunch to it's edges.
Gravy was Yaki sauce laced as advertised and was different than most beef based gravies, but I can dig that.
I had the eggs over-medium and they were also cooked on point. I also like how they kept that egg run large and intact! It covered the whole dish so I got that egg with every bite Goddammit!
Spam was another ode to its Native inception but I could take it or leave it. The normal combo is more my speed.
Overall pretty impressed with this one. This goes up there with some of my favorite. Rise & Shine.....I see you!
